Rocket Women are thrilled to partner with Cosmic Girls Foundation! Cosmic Girls aims to attract and retain girls in the technical talent pipeline through space education and astronaut training programs.

Through our partnership, we’re excited to welcome Cosmic Girls participants to join the Rocket Women community this summer. We will be running an exciting webinar series, with details to be announced shortly!

Who Are Rocket Women?

Rocket Women is a global platform that, for over a decade now, has inspired thousands of diverse young women to choose a career in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths), with the aim of improving the current percentage of female science & engineering talent globally. We’re building a world of the future with everyone at the table.

What Does Rocket Women Provide?

Rocket Women provides inspirational women globally with a platform to spread their advice and ensure that their voices are heard. By featuring stories of successful women in STEM, alongside our scholarship program, we want Rocket Women to give young women and girls globally the realisation that they can be astronauts, scientists and engineers or whatever they aim to be and provide them with the opportunities to make that happen.

Our online platform features interviews with international Rocket Women, along with advice and resources to show the next generation the impact they can make with a career in STEM. Through joining our Rocket Women community, you’ll have the chance to take part in unique educational activities and meet inspirational Rocket Women in the space industry through our webinars, including astronauts, engineers, lawyers, communication specialists and more.

Through our webinars and educational content you will gain:

• Career Knowledge: Insight into the unique and varied careers available internationally in the space industry, from space science to space communications, propulsion engineering, space law and more!
• Connect with Rocket Women globally: Hear from trailblazing women in the space industry through our webinars and interview series. Be inspired by their incredible stories, whilst having the opportunity to ask them your fantastic questions. Join a supportive community of Rocket Women through our platforms and interactive webinars.

• Learn about the importance of diversity and inclusion in STEM: Through our webinars with accomplished Rocket Women globally, we aim to celebrate the diversity and achievement of women in STEM, whilst providing a further understanding of how crucial DEI is to be incorporated. At Rocket Women we believe that this is not only an issue of inequality, but affects the engineering that we do and the systems we create. We need to enable the space industry to reflect more of society to prevent unconscious biases from being implemented.
